24hr Cancellation Policy
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, with the full fee still applicable. I understand that genuine emergencies can happen and will use discretion where appropriate.
Notice:
The clinic is located inside United S&C Gym (next to the Hinckley Football club).
Please wait in the reception area 10 mins before your appointment and your therapist will come to collect you when ready.
Wear or bring suitable clothing with you to get changed into (shorts, T-shirt etc.)
Bring a towel and a bottle of water to your appointment.
